In summary, it is a decentralized platform for the production of powdered raw materials, which uses by-products from the food industry as raw materials.

employs about 338 people. APCC maintains a working model centered on the clients through intervention in teams that are
multidisciplinary, each team has different technical areas (psychology, social work, speech therapy, occupational therapy,
phisiotherapy, psychomotricity) and accompaigned by medical doctors of several specialities.The study and follow-up is
from age zero to adulthood , throughout life, in rehabilitation – always in proximal interaction with the family system and the
social environment. The areas of Medical Rehabilitation ( receives around 1780 children and adult people/year), Vocational;
Educational Training, Social-Professional Integration; Job Coaching , Occupational Activities (follow around 800 disabled
people), School, Toy Library / Resource Centre, Music, Drama, Painting; Arts, Horse Riding School specialized in

When a forest burns, there is nothing left. Nothing but ash.
ASHES TO LIFE Project proposes to transform a small portion of that ash into different products, and with its sale, obtain funds that help the regeneration of those same forests through an Ecological Restoration Protocol.
Thus, we will be able to create life, again, from the ashes.
ASHES TO LIFE Project is a unique, complex and pioneering research project carried out in collaboration with environmental experts whose ultimate objective is to develop a specific Action Protocol to restore areas affected by forest fires, which allows:
1. Carry out a specific diagnosis of the needs in each burned forest and develop the optimal methodology to extract a portion of ash, so that it does not compromise the regeneration of the environment.
2. Produce and subsequently sell limited editions of products made with that same ash after being approved for use in cosmetics.
3. Carry out our Environmental Regeneration Program with the funds obtained through the sale of these ash products.

* encouraging the collection of HDPE (code 2) and PP (code 5) plastic bottle caps
* selling the plastic bottle caps to specialized companies
* rounding up the amounts with NGO funds
* gradually donating to causes proposed by the people involved in the project themselves.

The amounts are not very large, but we are talking about money obtained from things that would otherwise end up in the garbage or in the environment. The amounts, multiplied by other funds we manage to obtain become more consistent.

Niet alleen de (toekomstige) professionals in de zorg, maar ook binnen de familie, vriendenkring, in de wijk, bij een vereniging of in winkels. Binnen het lectoraat Goed Leven met Dementie vinden we het belangrijk dat er naast de uitdagingen die dementie met zich meebrengt, ook aandacht is voor wat er wél kan. Aandacht voor behoud van autonomie, inclusie, participatie, waardigheid, welbevinden en zingeving. We doen praktijkgericht onderzoek en verbinden dit met het onderwijs.
