We are a public secondary, vocational training, and higher vocational training school, in the community of Castilla y León (Spain). Last year, we were declared an excellent center of vocational education, thanks to our good practices in increasing our student’s employability, answering the labor market demands, digitalization, and internationalization. It is our aim to keep on excelling at these, therefore we plan to develop innovation and modernization through international cooperation and to collaborate and create networks with other COVES, organizations, and companies abroad. We hope this will bring many opportunities for shared learning, and projects among all the participants. We are especially interested in projects that focus on our students/teachers' entrepreneurial, digital, and green skills.

Current level of involvement in Vocational Excellence: | As a COVE, we have recently started collaborating in the ENE Network managed by the European training foundation (Open Space) openspace.etf.europa.eu/user/2917/stream. Also in our school, ?we have set up a simulated company in a classroom, as a pedagogical tool to train our students in business in a practical way (learning by doing). We get them to run their own company, performing actual business tasks like buying and selling their virtual products all around the world, and getting to know the ins and outs of running a small business (SMEs make up 98% of all enterprises in Spain). We use a virtual platform to buy and sell goods from other practice firms. In this virtual platform, we find all the usual actors a company will be working within real life: there are different banks, suppliers, customers, supply services, transport services, governmental institutions,... Soon, we will be having an entrepreneurship dedicated classroom, where we will develop the entrepreneurial competencies in our students, in accordance to the European framework EntreComp.
