Medical school for nurses and Business Academy Trutnov

Vyšší odborná škola zdravotnická, Střední zdravotnická škola a Obchodní akademie, Trutnov has 104 employees and 720 students.
The secondary medical high school offers four study programmes: Medical Lyceum, Practical Nurse, Nutrition Assistant and Masseur in Healthcare. All studies are 4-year studies and they are finished by Maturita (school-leaving) exam. The higher medical school offers one branch: A General Nurse (with diploma). The Business Academy offers a 4-year secondary education.
Our students are also involved in the activities of the Duke of Edinburgh's Foundation, where they carry out their tasks and meet the set goals.
The school intensively supports the talented students, the students with limited opportunities to study, the students coming from socially deprived background, those living with a single parent and the students with a health handicap. All these groups of students have been worked with focus on their individual needs in education and incorporation in the society.
