Our center has been established with the aim of:

Carrying out activities that support the continuous professional development of teachers and their adaptation to advancements in the sector, based on cooperation between vocational and technical education, the industry, and relevant social partners.
Developing curricula and course materials for the vocational fields and branches taught in vocational and technical education.
Additionally, the working areas of the Center of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) include:

Submitting in-service training activities, designed in accordance with in-service training programs approved by the Ministry, to the Directorate General for inclusion in the in-service training plan, and ensuring that approved activities are carried out in compliance with relevant regulations.
Conducting research, development, and reporting to support teachers' professional development and the improvement of curricula and course materials, and contributing to related efforts.
Collaborating with domestic and international institutions conducting work in the same vocational fields, in compliance with applicable regulations, to exchange knowledge and expertise.
Preparing and implementing national and international projects aimed at supporting teachers' professional development and improving curricula and course materials.
Establishing cooperation with sector representatives, relevant social partners, and stakeholder institutions and organizations to enhance teachers' professional development and improve curricula and course materials.
Monitoring and disseminating national and international events related to teachers' professional development, as well as the improvement of curricula and course materials.
