CREDI research institute is a hosting organization of the InLearn centre of excellence in vocational education (inlearn.ba). InLearn is a developmental center that provides support to employers who are planning to establish or already have an established training system for staff working in specific industries. We offer the same support in the form of networking between companies and public institutions, international organizations and the academic community.
Our objective is the labor market, which enables improved skills of employed and unemployed persons through various forms of formal and/or non-formal education. The InLearn Center's role translates into mentoring support for companies that have a developed potential within their capacities to train their staff and other staff coming from a specific area of the relevant industry branch. Companies intending to open their training centers, and need professional support in that respect, are one of our priorities. The InLearn Center also acts as a partner/facilitator in establishing cooperation between companies in need of skill development for their employees and training centers that offer training services.
