EU Project Innovation Centre (EUPIC) was founded in 2006, originating from the AsiaInvest Programme of the EU. Its major aims include facilitation of settlement of European enterprises in China, implementation of EU-financed projects, partnering between European and Chinese businesses and organizations, and organization of themed events. EUPIC is coordinator of West and North China consortium of Enterprise Europe Network, covering 18 provinces and municipalities domestically. EUPIC has a wide-spread stakeholder and partner network, which includes companies, education and research institutions, industrial associations, and government agencies, etc. As for EU-financed projects, EUPIC has experience in performing in FP7, Dragon Star, and ERICENA of Horizon 2020. With China's state campaign of boosting vocational education, EUPIC focuses more resources on this sector. It convened in Mar. 2021 China (Chengdu)--Europe Seminar on Vocational Education. EUPIC aspires to serve as West and North China hub for the EU-China partnership on VET and CoVE in particular.
