BACKGROUND
Foremcyl is a Foundation created 30 years ago by Comisiones Obreras - Spanish Trade Union- to strengthen the training and professional up skilling of workers.


OBJECTIVES
Contribute to improving the qualification and professional promotion of employed people and the labour market integration of those unemployed.

MISION
Design and implement services for employment and employability through vocational training and career guidance and counseling.

INNOVATION
We incorporate new training needs: industrial digitization, digital skills and the circular economy. We innovate in methodologies and formats: Virtual courses and classrooms, MOOCs etc

RESOURCE NETWORK
We have an extensive network of centres in all the provinces of Castilla y León, where we have been providing training , guidance and support for labour market integration for 30 years.
